The first recipe I would like to focus on would be a smoothie bowl. This is a recipe I haven’t had the chance to try yet, but I may have to make it this weekend for breakfast. It does call for canned lite coconut milk, but I will be swapping it out for oat milk as I do not like the flavor or coconut. This recipe has a good amount of protein and should hold you over till a late morning snack or until lunch, depending on how late you eat.
