I workout nearly every day. Why you ask? It makes me feel good. It’s good for my body. The more I do now, the more I can do later. It’s good for your heart. It’s good for your whole body. It helps relieve stress. Want me to go on??
There are many types of exercises you can do. Yoga, cardio, HIIT, weightlifting, running, walking, swimming, Zumba, Pilates, and who knows what else.
How do you decide what to do? Choose one you think you may like and try it. If you don’t like it, try something else. I do a variety of workouts and kind of enjoy them all. Each one does different things for your body, so it feels good to do different things.
